汽车车身装焊是汽车车身制造的重要组成部分,车身焊装的工艺设计质量对于车身的装焊质量和产量具有很重要的意义,是产生高性价比焊接生产线的关键。文章主要阐述了T701驾驶室的焊装工艺设计依据、产品工艺性分析、工艺设计内容,从产品结构改进和工艺方法两方面提出了具体的实施方案,达到了良好的效果。

Automobile body welding is an important part of automobile body manufacturing,the quality of automobile body welding process design is very important to the quality and output of automobile body welding,and is the key to produce high cost-performance welding production line.This paper mainly expounds the basis of welding process design,the analysis of product technological property and the content of technological design of T701 cab,and puts forward the concrete implementation scheme from two aspects of product structure improvement and technological method,and achieves good results.
