汽车运用与维修专业人才需求与专业建设调研报告

Research Report on the Talent Demand and Professional Construction of Automobile Application and Maintenance Major

文章通过对肇庆市及周边区域汽车产业发展的情况以及汽车维修相关企业对人才的需求进行调研,得出了肇庆市汽车产业规模不断壮大,新能源汽车及汽车配件产业生产能力初见规模,企业对汽修高素质高技能型人才需求不断增大的结论。根据此次调研到的数据和资料用于修订学校汽车运用与维修专业人才培养方案,重新校准人才培养的定位,构建以职业岗位分工为基础、以岗位职业能力任务为导向的课程体系,加快学校汽修专业“双师型”师资队伍的建设、稳步提升学生综合素养等方面提出改革建议,提高汽修专业人才培养质量。

Through the investigation of the development of the automobile industry in Zhaoqing and surrounding areas and the demand for talents of automobile maintenance related enterprises in this paper,it is concluded that the scale of Zhaoqing’s automobile industry has continued to grow,and the production capacity of Zhaoqing’s new energy vehicles and auto parts industry has begun to scale.The conclusion that enterprises have an increasing demand for high-quality and skilled personnel in auto repair.According to the surveyed data and information,it also serves as the basis for the revision of our school's automobile application and maintenance professional talent training plan,recalibrates the positioning of talent training,constructing a curriculum system based on the division of vocational jobs and oriented by job vocational competence and task,speeding up the construction of the"double-qualified"faculty of our school's auto repair professional,and steadily improving students'comprehensive literacy,and putting forward reform suggestions to improve the auto repair specialty The quality of talent training.
