基于仿真计算的城市燃气管网异常情况分析 被引量:1

摘要 某市区域A中压管网因用户6用气量突然增大,发生用户1压力骤降现象。为了定量分析压力骤降原因,研究管网的承受能力,采用CAENAE-G仿真计算软件,对该市多气源环网用户1压力骤降的工况进行了还原,仿真校核误差可控制在0.006 MPa,表明该仿真模型可对多气源环网进行高精度仿真分析。基于该异常情况进行了多种预设工况的分析,通过仿真模型计算得到管网最大供气能力并与高峰小时负荷需求进行对比,结果表明该市区域A存在供气不足的风险。设定用户6用气负荷从1840 m^(3)/h降至1400 m^(3)/h,可满足管网供气压力需求,可以通过用户用气限制合理规避管网供气风险。 The pressure of user 1 suddenly drops due to the sudden increase in the gas consumption of user 6 in the medium pressure pipeline network of area A in a municipal city.In order to quantitatively analyze the cause of pressure drop and study the bearing capacity of pipeline network,the working condition of sudden pressure drop of user 1 in multi-gas source ring network in the city is restored by using CAENAE-G simulation software.The simulation check error can be controlled at 0.006 MPa,which indicates that the simulation model can be used for high-precision simulation analysis of multi-gas source ring network.Based on this abnormal situation,a variety of preset working conditions are analyzed,and the maximum gas supply capacity of the pipe network is calculated through the simulation model and compared with the peak hour load demand,The results show that there is a risk of insufficient gas supply in area A of the city.Setting that the gas load of user 6 is reduced from 1840 m^(3)/h to 1400 m^(3)/h can meet the gas supply pressure demand,and the gas supply risk can be reasonably avoided through the user gas restriction.
