摘要
介绍了一款人行道树木修枝车的设计实例,拟解决人行道树木高处树枝修剪及收运的问题。提出以汽车二类底盘为载体,设计折叠臂架顶部安装树枝夹抱修剪机构,并可对所修剪树枝进行粉碎、收运的方案。该方案可明显降低劳动强度,降低安全隐患,提高树枝修剪效率。
The design example of a kind of roadside tree pruning vehicle is introduced.The problem to be solved is the pruning and transportation of high branches of roadside trees.A scheme is proposed,which takes the secondary chassis as the carrier,and a branch clamping and pruning mechanism is installed on the top of the folding boom,which can crush and collect the pruned branches.The scheme can significantly reduce the labor intensity,and the hidden danger,as well as improving the pruning efficiency.
