从降低油耗、提高工效、安全生产的角度,研制可以在电泵井维修作业中实现收、放电泵机组电缆与运输电泵机组功能于一体的液压电缆绞车具有重大意义。动力电缆收放运专用车通过汽车底盘的变速箱取力口将动力输出给液压泵,再通过比例控制多路阀操控,液压泵驱动电缆滚筒上的液压马达,实现液压无级变速驱动,操作平稳可靠,进一步保证电缆收放的速度与管柱的起提升和下放速度相对同步;动力电缆收放运专用车采用可伸缩的电缆滚筒固定装置,能够适应现场应用各种规格电缆滚筒的安装,并同时配备两口井维修用的电缆滚筒及电泵机组,使一次出工可以完成两口井的检泵作业,从而提高作业效率,降低作业成本。

From the perspective of reducing fuel consumption,improving work efficiency and safety production,it is of great significance to develop hydraulic cable winch which can realize the function of receiving and discharging pump cable and transporting pump cable in the maintenance of electric pump well.The special purpose vehicle for power cable retracting and releasing outputs power to the hydraulic pump through the power intake port of the gearbox on the chassis of the vehicle.The hydraulic pump drives the hydraulic motor on the cable drum through the proportional control of multiple valves to realize the hydraulic continuously variable transmission drive.The operation is stable and reliable,and further ensures that the cable retracting and releasing speed is relatively synchronized with the lifting and releasing speed of the string.The retractable cable drum fixed device is used in the special purpose vehicle for power cable collection and release,which can adapt to the installation of cable drums of various specifications in field application,and is equipped with cable drums and electric pump units for maintenance of two wells,so that the pump inspection operation of two wells can be completed at one time,so as to improve the operation efficiency and reduce the operation cost.
