对宿营车扩展车厢的一种设计分析

摘要 扩展式宿营车能够在满足道路运输条件下,有效提升和扩充车厢内部空间,为野外工作人员执行任务提供舒适的宿营环境。为了验证宿营车扩展车厢设计的合理性,通过扩展车厢的设计计算及建模,基于Abaqus模拟支撑杆结构静强度并进行有限元分析。根据分析车厢关键运动件支撑杆的分析结果表明:最大应力为142.9 MPa,最大变形量为2.4 mm,强度和刚度均满足结构性能要求。通过样车的实际测试结果验证扩展车厢运行速度达到设计要求,实现运行的稳定性和可靠性,较好地实现了扩展车厢的优化设计。 The extended camping car can effectively improve and expand the interior space of the compartment under the condition of meeting the road transportation conditions,and provide a comfortable camping environment for field workers to perform tasks.In order to verify the rationality of the design of the extended compartment of the camping car,through the design calculation and modeling of the extended compartment,the static strength finite element analysis of the support bar structure is simulated based on ABAQUS.According to the analysis,the results show that the maximum stress is 142.9 MPa and the maximum deformation is 2.4 mm.The strength and stiffness meet the structural performance requirements.Through the actual test results of the sample car,it is verified that the running speed of the extended car meets the design requirements.The stability and reliability of the operation are realized,and the optimal design of the extended car is better realized.
