摘要
针对目前常用的14 t拉臂车,应用试验测试方法与软件相结合的方式,建立了拉臂车动力学仿真模型。仿真拉臂车钩起14 t满载载荷箱体的过程,提取油缸位置的受力,对比测试得到的油缸受力与仿真得到的油缸受力,其误差在5%以内。由此验证了动力学仿真模型的正确性,通过该模型可有效获得拉臂车工作过程中各位置的载荷曲线,为校核拉臂车强度以及轻量化提供准确的载荷输入。
In this paper,the dynamic simulation model of 14 t hook lift is established by combining the test method with software.The process of hooking up a 14 t full load box of the hook lift is simulated,and the force of the cylinder position is extracted.The force of the cylinder obtained by the test is compared with that obtained by the simulation,and the error is within 5%.Therefore,the correctness of the dynamic simulation model is verified.Through this model,the load curve of each position in the working process of the armdrawn vehicle can be effectively obtained,which provides accurate load input for checking the strength and lightweight of the hook lift.
