摘要
针对后装压缩车现有推板机构存在占用空间大、垃圾压实率不高等缺陷,以某型号压缩式垃圾车为研究对象,运用现代参数化设计方法开发一种新型的推板机构,并对其进行受力分析和关键零部件强度校核。经制造和试用,新开发的推板机构能够满足实际作业要求,降低了推板在箱体内的占用空间,提升了垃圾的压实率,为推板机构的设计提供了一种新的理论方法。
Aiming at the defects of large occupied space and low garbage compaction rate of the existing push-plate mechanism of the rear-mounted compression truck,a certain type of compression garbage truck is taken as the research object,and a new type of push-plate mechanism is developed using modern parametric design methods.Force analysis and strength verification of key components are carried out.After manufacturing and trial,the newly developed push-plate mechanism can meet the actual operation requirements,reduce the occupied space of the push-plate in the box,and improve the compaction rate of garbage.It provides a new theoretical method for the design of the push-plate mechanism.
