摘要
CKD-MBD是一组由慢性肾衰竭引起的矿物质和骨代谢异常综合征。现代医学证实,CKD-MBD发生全过程与"肾虚"存在密切的关联性。该文基于历代医家对"肾主骨"理论的深刻总结,充分探讨CKD-MBD病机及其物质基础,为今后从肾论治CKD-MBD提供坚实的理论基础。
CKD-MBD is a group of abnormal mineral and bone metabolism syndrome caused by chronic renal failure.Modern medicine has confirmed that the whole process of CKD-MBD is closely related to “kidney deficiency”.In this paper,based on the profound summary of the theory of “kidney dominating bone” by doctors of all ages,the pathogenesis and material basis of CKD-MBD are fully discussed,which provides a solid theoretical basis for the treatment of CKD-MBD from the kidney in the future.
