摘要
脾主运化是人体"后天之本"的功能物质基础,与机体消化系统的关系密切。胃癌发病病因多由脾失运化、湿浊痰瘀损伤胃络、聚而成毒。故脾主运化功能失司、气机失调是胃癌前病变(PLGC)的重要病机,湿、痰、瘀是PLGC重要病理因素,而脾虚则贯穿PLGC发病的全过程。临床辨治重视健脾理气法的运用,从"脾主运化"角度论治PLGC,对胃癌的防治有重要意义。
The spleen governs transportation and chemistry is the functional material basis of the human body’s “acquired foundation”,and is closely related to the body’s digestive system.The etiology of gastric cancer is mostly caused by the loss of transport of the spleen,dampness,phlegm and blood stasis,damage to the stomach collaterals,and accumulation of poison.Therefore,the dysfunction of the spleen governing transportation and transformation and the imbalance of Qi are important pathogenesis of gastric precancerous lesions (PLGC).Dampness,phlegm,and blood stasis are important pathological factors of PLGC,and spleen deficiency runs through the whole process of PLGC.Clinical differentiation and treatment attaches great importance to the application of the method of strengthening the spleen and regulating qi,and treating PLGC from the perspective of “spleen governing movement and transformation” is of great significance for the prevention and treatment of gastric cancer.
