中西医结合管理高血压模式的思考

Thoughts on the Management Model of Hypertension by Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine

高血压患病率持续上升,人们对高血压的认知率和关注度不足,单纯药物降低血压并非对每个患者都有效,对高血压患者进行系统的健康管理具有重要意义。在现有的管理模式中,尚未将中医对高血压的治疗和管理引入疾病管理模型中。基于中医基础理论和客观证据证明中药和中成药对高血压的疗效,应建立高血压中西医结合管理模式。

The prevalence of hypertension continues to rise,people lack the cognitive rate and attention to hypertension,simple drug hypotension is not effective for every patient,it is of great significance to carry out systematic health management for hypertension patients.In the existing management model,the treatment and management of hypertension by traditional Chinese medicine has not been introduced into the disease management model.Based on the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine and the objective evidence of the effect of traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese patent medicine on hypertension,the model of integrated Chinese and western medicine management of hypertension should be established.
