消积通络散治疗晚期肺癌临床研究

Clinical Observation of Xiaoji Tongluo Powder in the Treatment of Advanced Lung Cancer

目的:观察消积通络散治疗晚期肺癌的临床疗效。方法:将符合入组标准的60例晚期肺癌患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,在最佳支持治疗的基础上,治疗组予辨证施治并加用消积通络散,对照组予辨证施治,经过3个月治疗后,比较2组的临床疗效。结果:在提高生存质量、改善患者症状等方面,治疗组显著优于对照组,且未见明显毒副作用。结论:消积通络散可用于治疗晚期肺癌。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Xiaoji Tongluo Powder in the treatment of advanced lung cancer.Methods:60 patients with advanced lung cancer who met the criteria for entry were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases each.On the basis of the best supportive treatment,the treatment group was treated with syndrome differentiation and added Xiaoji Tongluo San.The control group was treated with syndrome differentiation.After 3 months of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:In terms of improving the quality of life and improving the symptoms of patients,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,and no obvious side effects were seen.Conclusion:Xiaoji Tongluo Powder can be used to treat advanced lung cancer.
