葛酮通络胶囊联合血塞通注射液治疗脑梗塞临床疗效分析

Clinical effect of Getong Tongluo Capsule Combined with Xuesaitong Injection on Cerebral Infarction

目的:观察口服葛酮通络胶囊联合血塞通静脉滴注对脑梗塞的治疗效果。方法:65例脑梗塞患者随机分为2组,治疗组33例,对照组32例。对照组的治疗方案为血塞通静脉滴注,治疗组的治疗方案在对照组的基础上加服葛酮通络胶囊,治疗周期15d,对比两组日常生活能力、神经功能缺损等评分以判定疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.94%,对照组总有效率为71.86%,两组之间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:口服葛酮通络胶囊联合血塞通静脉滴注能够对脑梗塞患者的神经功能恢复及生活能力的提高起到良性作用,为此类患者的临床诊治提供新思路。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of oral Getong Tongluo capsule combined with xuesaitong intravenous drip on cerebral infarction.Methods:65 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group 33 cases,control group 32 cases.The treatment regimen of the control group was intravenous infusion of Xuesaitong,and the treatment regimen of the treatment group was supplemented with getong tongluo capsule on the basis of the control group,and the treatment period was 15 days.The daily living ability and neurological function deficit scores of the two groups were compared to determine the efficacy.Results:The total effective rate was 93.94% in the treatment group and 71.86% in the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Oral administration of Getong tongluo capsule combined with intravenous infusion of Xuesaitong can play a benign role in the recovery of neurological function and improvement of living ability of patients with cerebral infarction,providing a new idea for clinical diagnosis and treatment of such patients.
