铁路智能化预制梁场实践

Practice of Railway Intelligent Girder Fabrication Yard

在《中国制造2025》行动纲领下,铁路预制梁场确定了信息化、智能化等建设思路及目标,并在郑济铁路、京雄城际等梁场进行探索实践。集成5套智能核心装备,创新3种机械化工装,研发4台关键提、运、架设备等基础硬件,构建围绕三维导航、进度管理、安全环保管理、综合管理和系统管理五大模块的高速铁路梁场标准化综合管理平台,在现有技术装备研发创新的基础上,结合目前实践中存在的问题,对铁路智能化预制梁场的发展进行展望。

Under the action plan of Made in China 2025,the railway girder fabrication yard has been attached with the defined construction ideas and goals of informatization and intelligence,which has been explored and practiced in girder fabrication yards of Zhengzhou-Jinan High Speed Railway and Beijing-Xiongan Intercity Railway.The yards integrate 5 sets of intelligent core equipment,3 kinds of innovative mechanized tooling,4 sets of key lifting,transport and erecting equipment developed and other basic hardware,the standardized and integrated management platform for girder fabrication yard of high speed railways is established concerning three-dimensional navigation,schedule management,safety and environmental protection management,integrated management and system management.The development of railway intelligent girder fabrication yard is expected based on the R&D and innovation of existing technical equipment and in combination with the existing problems in current practice.
