摘要
悬索桥主缆线形是成桥线形施工控制中最主要的控制因素,直接决定成桥线形的控制质量,是成桥线形控制的重中之重。五峰山长江大桥为超千米级大跨度高速铁路、公路两用悬索桥,大桥主缆设计直径达1300 mm,单根主缆索股数量多达352根。通过对主缆索股无应力长度、主缆空缆线形、索股锚跨张力等关键影响因素进行分析研究,对索股制造、架设、锚跨张力调整等关键工序进行精细化施工控制,保证主缆空缆线形及成桥线形满足设计及规范要求。
The main cable shape of the suspension bridge,as the most important control factor in the construction control for the completed bridge shape,directly determines the quality of the completed bridge shape and is the top priority of completed bridge shape control.Wufengshan Yangtze River Bridge is a one-kilometer-plus longspan suspension bridge for both the high-speed railway and highway purposes.The design diameter of the main cable is 1300 mm,with the number of strands in a single main cable up to 352.Through the analysis and study of the key influencing parameters such as unstressed length of main cable strands,unloaded cable shape and anchor span tension,the key processes such as cable strand fabrication,erection and anchor span tension adjustment were carefully controlled to ensure that the unloaded cable shape of the main cable and the completed bridge cable shape meet the design and specification requirements.
