摘要
盐通高铁沿线是集铁路、公路、航空、漕运为一体的综合交通体系区域,具有地下水位高、深厚软土分布广泛等特点。作为我国高铁首个设计单位牵头的EPC项目,其设计、施工深度融合,地质条件复杂,给桥梁设计带来诸多挑战。结合盐通高铁桥梁设计情况,对(110+228+110)m大跨连续梁拱技术、新型轻型化简支梁技术和桥梁工程智能建造技术等重要关键技术进行论述,为EPC模式下的类似项目提供参考。
As the line integrates railway,expressway,airway and maritime transport,Yancheng-Nantong HSR faces multiple challenges including high groundwater and wide distribution of deep soft soil.The deep integration of design and construction,as well as the complex geological conditions pose challenges to China’s first EPC HSR project led by a design institute.Built on the design of Yancheng-Nantong HSR bridge under the EPC mode,the paper looks into important key technologies such as the(110+228+110)m long-span continuous beam-arch technologies,new lightweight simply-supported beam technologies and intelligent construction technologies of bridge engineering,providing references to the resolving of similar issues arising in future EPC projects.
