Research on Maintenance Error Management of Railway Signal System

以维修差错活动空间为研究背景,在充分考虑社会人文环境影响的基础上,从作业情形和控制模式的角度,系统分析铁路信号系统维修差错的产生原因,对维修差错进行合理分类,识别并详细阐述产生基于知识、基于规则和基于技术3类维修差错的主要影响因素,进而从人员、任务和环境3个方面提出相应预防措施,给出维修差错管理的原则和方法。

Taking the activity space of maintenance error as the research background,and on the basis of fully considering the influence of social and cultural environment,this paper systematically analyzes the causes of railway signal system maintenance errors from the perspective of operating condition and control mode.The paper categorizes the maintenance errors,identifies and elaborates the main influencing factors of knowledgelinked,rule-linked,and technology-linked maintenance errors,puts forward corresponding preventive measures from the aspects of personnel,task,and environment,and provides principles and methods for managing maintenance errors.
