离网型风光互补装置在肯尼亚米轨铁路的应用研究 被引量:5

摘要 从解决肯尼亚米轨铁路沿线电力资源匮乏问题的角度出发,提出采用一种离网型风光互补供电装置为铁路车站负荷提供电力供应的方案。该装置采用光伏与风力这2种新能源发电机构与锂离子电池储能模块,在智能化EMS(Energy Management System)能量管理系统的控制下实现日夜时段全覆盖的自动化电力供应能力。相比于已有传统光伏供电或风力供电系统,此方案采用深度充放电、长循环寿命的锂离子电池进行电力存储,并引入智能化EMS能量管理系统对发电电源状况和用电负载状况进行实时管控与分析,做出对应的合理管理控制策略,形成完整系统的自动运行效果。 From the perspective of solving the shortage of power resources along the Kenya meter-gauge railway,using an off-grid wind-PV hybrid power supply device is proposed to provide power supply for the load of railway station.With two new energy(PV and wind)power generation mechanisms and lithium-ion battery energy storage module,the device realizes automatic power supply capability with full day and night coverage under the control of intelligent EMS(Energy Management System).Compared with the existing traditional PV power supply or wind power supply system,the device is designed with lithium-ion batteries with deep charge and discharge and long cycle life for power storage,and introduces intelligent EMS for real-time control and analysis of power generation and power load conditions.Hence,corresponding rational management and control strategies are formulated to achieve the automatic operation effect of the complete system.
