摘要 铁路视频监控系统目前主要依靠人工盯防,用于事后追责。为构建铁路人防、物防、技防的“三维一体”安全保障体系,视频智能分析是一种重要的技防措施,一方面可以节约人力和提高效率,另一方面有助于风险隐患的事前预警。通过对铁路视频的智能化需求调研和分析,运用基于组件的多流水线技术,实现高效的视频分析处理框架。运用基于规则库的多级推理技术,解决复杂逻辑的业务系统支撑。研制一种面向铁路安全的智能视觉PaaS平台,充分利用既有铁路综合视频基础设施,为铁路相关业务系统提供灵活、高效、易用的视频分析服务,助力铁路安全业务的智能化升级。 At present,the railway video surveillance system mainly relies on manual monitoring and defense,or it is used for responsibility investigation afterwards.In order to build a"three-dimension integrated"safety assurance system of railway manual,physical and technical protection,video intelligent analysis is taken as an important technical protection measure,which can save manpower and improve efficiency on the one hand,and help advance warning of potential risks on the other hand.Through the investigation and analysis on the intelligent demand of railway video,component-based multi-assemble line technology is applied to realize an efficient video analysis and processing framework.The multi-level reasoning technology based on rule base is applied to solve the business system support of complex logic.An intelligent vision PaaS platform for railway safety is developed and the existing railway integrated video infrastructure is fully used to provide flexible,efficient and easy-to-use video analysis service for railway related business system,and facilitate the intelligent upgrading of railway safety business.
