前白蛋白、胆碱酯酶、视黄醇结合蛋白与肺结核患者营养状况的相关性研究

Study on correlation between prealbumin,cholinesterase and retinol binding protein and nutritional status of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis

目的探讨前白蛋白(prealbumin,PA)、胆碱酯酶(cholinesterase,CHE)、视黄醇结合蛋白(retinol binding protein,RBP)水平与肺结核患者营养状况的相关性。方法应用营养风险筛查2002(NRS2002)对120例住院肺结核患者进行评分,将其分为NRS2002≥3分组、NRS2002<3分组,选择60名健康体检者作为正常对照组,检测研究对象的体重指数(BMI)、血红蛋白(HGB)、白蛋白(ALB)、PA、CHE、RBP水平,统计分析比较三组检测结果。结果NRS2002≥3分组BMI、HGB、ALB、PA、CHE和RBP水平低于NRS2002<3分组及正常对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);NRS2002<3分组ALB、PA、CHE、RBP检测水平低于正常对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);NRS2002与BMI、HGB、ALB、PA、CHE、RBP呈负相关(P<0.05);患者血清PA与BMI、HGB、ALB、CHE、RBP呈正相关(P<0.05),CHE与BMI、HGB、ALB、RBP呈正相关(P<0.05),RBP与BMI、HGB、ALB呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论血清PA、CHE、RBP是监测肺结核病人营养状况的良好指标,对于肺结核病人早期营养状况的评估有重要的价值。

Objective To investigate correlation between the levels of prealbumin(PA),cholinesterase(CHE),retinol binding protein(RBP)and nutritional status of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods Nutrition risk screening 2002(NRS2002)was applied to score 120 hospitalized tuberculosis patients,and all patients were divided into NRS2002≥3 group and NRS2002<3 group.60 healthy people were selected as normal control group.And then,the levels of body mass index(BMI),hemoglobin(HGB),albumin(ALB),PA,CHE and RBP were measured,and the test results of the three groups were statistically analyzed and compared.Results The levels of BMI,HGB,ALB,PA,CHE and RBP in the NRS2002≥3 group were lower than those in the NRS2002<3 group and the normal control group,and difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection levels of ALB,PA,CHE,RBP in the NRS2002<3 group were lower than those of the normal control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).NRS2002 was negatively correlated with BMI,HGB,ALB,PA,CHE and RBP(P<0.05),serum PA was positively correlated with BMI,HGB,ALB,CHE and RBP(P<0.05),CHE was positively correlated with BMI,HGB,ALB and RBP(P<0.05),and RBP was positively correlated with BMI,HGB and ALB(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum PA,CHE and RBP are good indicators to monitor the nutritional status of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis,and have important value for the assessment of early nutritional status of them.
