揿针联合加巴喷丁治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床观察

Clinical observation of efficacy for thumb-tack needle for subcutaneous embedding combined with gabapentin in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia

目的对带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者用揿针联合加巴喷丁进行治疗,并观察其临床疗效及安全性。方法将80例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者按随机数字表分为治疗组、对照组两组(每组40例),对照组采用加巴喷丁、甲钴胺、维生素B1治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用揿针治疗,治疗2周后评估疗效,并记下治疗过程中的不良反应。结果治疗2周后,治疗组与对照组疼痛VAS评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为97.50%,对照组总有效率为75.00%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未出现严重的不良反应。结论揿针联合加巴喷丁能明显提高带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效,且安全可靠,值得临床推广。

Objective To treat patients with postherpetic neuralgia by thumb-tack needle for subcutaneous embedding combined with gabapentin,and to observe its clinical efficacy and safety.Methods 80 cases of postherpetic neuralgia were randomly divided into treatment group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases).The control group were treated with gabapentin,mecobalamin and vitamin B1,and based on which,the treatment group were treated with thumb-tack needle for subcutaneous embedding.After 2 weeks of treatment,curative effects were evaluated,and side effects during the treatment were recorded.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,there was statistically significant difference in pain visual analogue scores(VAS scores)between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 97.50%and 75.00%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion Thumb-tack needle for subcutaneous embedding combined with gabapentin can significantly improve the clinical effect of postherpetic neuralgia,and it is safe and reliable,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
