五行音乐疗法叠加中医情志护理对老年慢性胃炎患者抑郁症状的改善作用

Improving effect of music therapy of five elements combined with emotional nursing of traditional Chinese medicine on depressive symptoms of elderly patients with chronic gastritis

目的研究五行音乐疗法叠加中医情志护理对老年慢性胃炎患者抑郁症状的改善作用。方法将自2019年7月1日~2021年3月30日,于广西壮族自治区江滨医院接受诊治的90例老年慢性胃炎伴抑郁患者纳入研究。以电脑随机数字表分成两组,联合组及常规组各45例。常规组予氟哌噻美利曲辛片治疗,并开展中医情志护理。联合组则于常规组的基础上增加五行音乐疗法。分析两组治疗前后抑郁症状改善情况、临床疗效、护理满意度、自我效能感等方面的差异。结果治疗后联合组及常规组的汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-17)评分均低于治疗前,且联合组低于常规组(P<0.001)。联合组治疗总有效率、护理满意度较常规组更高(P<0.05)。治疗后两组自我效能感评分均高于治疗前,且联合组高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论基于五行音乐疗法中医情志护理对老年慢性胃炎患者抑郁症状具有显著的改善作用,有利于提高患者护理满意度。

Objective To study the improving effect of music therapy of five elements combined with emotional nursing of traditional Chinese medicine on depressive symptoms of elderly patients with chronic gastritis.Methods From July 1,2019 to March 30,2021,90 elderly patients with chronic gastritis and depression admitted to Jiangbin Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region were enrolled in this study.The patients were divided into two groups by computer random number table,namely,combined group(n=45)and conventional group(n=45).The conventional group were treated with flupentimetrixine tablets and given traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing.While the combined group were given music therapy of five elements on the basis of the conventional group.And then,the differences of depression symptom improvement,clinical efficacy,nursing satisfaction and self-efficacy between the two groups before and after treatment were analyzed.Results After treatment,the HAMD-17 scores of the combined group and the conventional group were lower than those before treatment,and that of the combined group was lower than that of the conventional group(P<0.001).The total effective rate and nursing satisfaction of the combined group were higher than those of the routine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the self-efficacy scores of the observation group and the control group were higher than those before treatment,and that of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion Emotional nursing of traditional Chinese medicine based on the music therapy of five elements has significant improvement effect on depression symptoms of elderly patients with chronic gastritis,which is conducive to improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.
