摘要
针对“十四五”时期西藏文旅高质量人才扩容增质、融合协调的现实需求,分析当前西藏文旅人才的供求结构性矛盾,构建以“高质量实践活动理论体系、活动体系和实践平台”为主要内容的西藏文旅高质量人才培养内容体系和评价指标体系,提出“十四五”时期,西藏文旅人才应走标准化培养、创新型培养、协同型培养相结合的路径,以形成体系完善、内容充实、协同培养的应对策略。
This paper analyzes the structural contradiction between supply and demand of Tibetan cultural and tourism talents during the 14th Five-year Plan period,builds the content system and evaluation index system of high-quality talent cultivation in Tibetan culture and tourism with the"theoretical system,activity system and practice platform of high-quality practical activities"as the main content,and suggests that during the 14th Five-year Plan period,Tibetan cultural and tourism talents should take a combination of standardized training,innovative training and collaborative training,to form a coping strategy with perfect system,rich content and collaborative training.
