昌都市农牧民富余劳动力转移就业调查与思考

Investigation and reflection on transfer employment of surplus labor force of farmers and herdsmen in Qamdo City

近年来,昌都市委、市政府高度重视农牧民富余劳动力转移就业工作,围绕脱贫攻坚战、乡村振兴战略,为农牧民富余劳动力转移就业搭建了平台、创建了载体,同时建立健全了农牧民富余劳动力转移就业的长效机制。但是受历史、地理、交通、产业发展等因素影响,昌都市农牧民富余劳动力转移就业工作还存在一些问题,制约着全市经济社会发展。为此,文章针对性地提出相应对策建议。

In recent years,Qamdo Municipal Party Committee and Government attach great importance to the transfer and employment of surplus labor force of farmers and herdsmen.Centering on the battle against poverty and rural revitalization strategy,Qamdo has built a platform and created a carrier for the transfer and employment of surplus labor force of farmers and herdsmen,established and improved the long-term mechanism.However,due to the influence of history,geography,transportation,industrial development and other factors,there are still some problems in the process,which restrict the economic and social development of the whole city.Therefore,the paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
