人员密集场所经常处于全天候开放状态,设备多,人流量大,该类场所出现雷击的概率比一般场所高,宁德市人员密集场所不断增加,雷击事件和雷电灾害造成经济损失呈逐年上升趋势,且事故原因呈现多样化表现,加强防雷安全管理工作刻不容缓。根据宁德市雷电发生的特征,提出相应的防雷减灾对策,以供参考。
