试析土地综合整治中的生态问题及安全调控机制

在土地综合整治工作中,受平整方式、道路设计、地类合并、人为干扰等因素影响,生态问题频出。基于此,分析土地综合整治过程中出现的生态问题,提出建立生态安全调控机制的策略,如规划技术调控、项目设计、整治法律、监管调控等,实现土地综合整治预期工作目标。

During the comprehensive land consolidation in my country,ecological problems frequently occur due to factors such as leveling methods,road design,land type mergers,and human interference.In order to effectively protect the ecological environment and reliably promote comprehensive land remediation,it is necessary to establish ecological safety control mechanisms,such as planning and technical control,project design,remediation laws,and regulatory control,to achieve the expected work goals of comprehensive land remediation.
