肇庆市开展林业碳汇项目的现状、影响因素和潜力分析

Present Situation,Influencing Factors and Potential analysis of Forestry Carbon Sequestration Project in Zhaoqing City

通过分析肇庆市森林资源现状,发现存在公众碳汇意识薄弱、生态补偿标准低和宜林荒地逐渐减少等问题,同时也发现其具有造林意识增强、政府重视碳汇林建设、造林经验丰富和森林资源保护有力等优势。在利用自身资源的基础上,建议肇庆市通过多渠道,如加大碳汇造林宣传力度、提高生态补偿标准以及加强林业碳汇项目的交流学习等发展碳汇林业。

Through the analysis of the present situation of forest resources in Zhaoqing,this paper finds that there are some problems,such as the public's weak awareness of carbon sink,low ecological compensation standard and the gradual reduction of wasteland suitable for forest,etc.At the same time,it also finds that Zhaoqing has the advantages of increasing afforestation awareness,the government attaches great importance to the construction of carbon sink forest,rich experience in afforestation and strong protection of forest resources.Based on the use of their own resources,it is suggested that they should strengthen the propaganda of carbon sink forestation through multiple channels,improve the ecological compensation standard and strengthen the exchange and study of forestry carbon sink projects to develop carbon sink forestry.
