石油企业在开采石油过程中会产生一定的污油泥。污油泥中包含较多的重油和其他污染物质,如果不对其进行有效控制和处理,将会严重浪费石油资源不利于石油开采行业的发展,同时在很大程度上影响当地的地表和水环境,对周围的环境产生较大的影响。文章叙述了污油泥资源化、无害化消减及处理工艺的研究和应用,具有积极的社会意义。

In the process of oil exploitation,oil enterprises will produce certain amount of oily sludge.Oily sludge contains a lot of heavy oil and other pollutants.Ifit is not effectively controlled and treated,it will seriously waste oil resources,which is not conducive to the development of the oil exploitation industry.At the same time,it will greatly affect the local surface and water environment and the surrounding environment.This paper describes the research and application of waste oil sludge recycling,harmless reduction and treatment technology,which has positive social significance.
