大气环境领域生态补偿研究

Study on Ecological Compensation in Atmospheric Environment

所谓"生态补偿",即以保护可持续利用的生态系统服务为目的、通过各类经济手段为主要调节手段实施补偿以对生态形成保护与调节的一类活动,其实施与"可持续发展"观念两相契合,是以近年来中国对生态补偿的支持力度呈现不断加强态势。就目前而言,中国已然有了许多关乎生态补偿的研究,但相对而言与大气环境相关的生态补偿研究仍有待进一步提高。现针对该状况,文章对大气环境领域生态补偿的机制、补偿标准与模型进行分析,并通过实证对其进行探究。

The so-called“ecological compensation”,for the purpose of protecting sustainable ecological system service and the main regulation means of ecological formation,coincides with the concept of“sustainable development”,strengthening China’s support for ecological compensation in recent years.At present,there have been many studies of ecological compensation in China,but relatively speaking,researches on ecological compensation related to atmospheric environment still need to be further improved.For this situation,this paper will analyze the ecological compensation mechanism in the field of atmospheric environment,compensation standards and models.
