石油化工分析检验的质量管理与优化

石油化工企业在国民经济发展过程中作出了巨大贡献,石油作为能源的主要类别,在生产规模不断扩增的基础上,产品质量也受到广泛重视。受到传统生产管理思想和体制的阻碍,在当前石油化工产品质量检测过程中存在很多不足,影响产品质量的提升和保障,对石油企业的良性长远发展也形成不利影响。文章重点分析石油化工分析检验质量管理存在的漏洞与缺陷,提出了提升石油化工产品分析检验质量的有效思路和优化对策。

Petrochemical enterprises have made great contributions to the development of the national economy.As the main category of energy,the quality of products has been widely valued on the basis of the continuous expansion of production scale.Hindered by the traditional production management ideas and systems,there are many deficiencies in the current petrochemical product quality testing process,which affect the improvement and guarantee of product quality,and also form an adverse impact on the benign long-term development of petroleum enterprises.This paper mainly analyzes the loopholes and defects in the quality management of petrochemical analysis and inspection,and puts forward effective ideas and optimization countermeasures to improve the quality of petrochemical analysis and inspection.
