摘要
煤炭机器人智能制样系统可有效地消除人为制样的误差,在保证煤炭检测结果的客观性和准确性中起到重要的作用,为了提升煤炭检测质量,促进煤炭行业的发展,继智能采样技术之后,智能制样技术也得到了极大的推广和应用。文章将对智能制样系统验收试验进行分析,结合实践经验和相关理论知识,提出一定的应对措施,确保智能制样系统在安装调试阶段得到严密把关和有效验收,以期设备在加强样品制备能力、降低员工劳动强度方面起到真正的作用,提升公司的经济效益。
Coal robot intelligent sample preparation system can effectively eliminate the error of artificial sample preparation,and plays an important role in ensuring the objectivity and accuracy of coal detection results.In order to improve the quality of coal detection and promote the development of coal industry,intelligent sampling technology has been greatly promoted and applied after intelligent sampling technology.This paper will analyze the acceptance test ofintelligent sample preparation system,combined with the author’s own practical experience and relevant theoretical knowledge,some countermeasures are put forward to ensure that the intelligent sample preparation system is strictly controlled and effectively accepted in the installation and commissioning stage,so as to play a real role in strengthening the sample preparation ability and reducing the labor intensity of employees,and improve the economic benefits of the company.
