摘要
锂离子电池凭借其优异的特性得到迅速发展,在锂电池的结构中,隔膜是关键的内层组件之一,其采用塑料膜制成,性能优异的隔膜对提高电池的综合性能具有非常重要的作用。聚烯烃类材料因具有优异的力学性能和化学稳定性等优点成为了商业化的隔膜材料之一。然而,聚烯烃类隔膜的性能还有待于进一步提高。文章研究了一种聚烯烃隔膜的改性方法,增加了聚烯烃类隔膜对电解液的润湿性能,进而提高了由其制备的锂离子电池的安全性能,解决了聚烯烃隔膜亟待解决的难题。
Lithium ion batteries have developed rapidly due to their excellent characteristics.In the structure of lithium batteries,the diaphragm is one of the key inner components,which is made of plastic film.A separator with excellent performance plays a very important role in improving the overall performance of the battery.Polyolefin materials have become one of the commercial diaphragm materials due to their excellent mechanical properties and chemical stability.However,the performance of polyolefin separators needs to be further improved.This paper studies a modification method of polyolefin separator,which increases the wettability of the polyolefin separator to the electrolyte,thereby improving the safety performance of the lithium ion battery prepared from it,and solving the urgent problems of polyolefin membranes.
