Corrosion Mechanism and Anti-corrosion Measures of Crude Oil Storage Tank

原油储罐对于石油化工行业有着非常重要的作用,关系到生产安全,因此管理人员应加强对原油储罐的检查和维护,提高油罐防腐效果。文章就原油储罐的腐蚀机理与防腐措施进行探究,分析原油储罐易产生腐蚀的部位和原因,并为油罐的防腐工作提供相应的建议措施,维护化工运输生产安全。

Crude oil storage tank plays a very important role in the petrochemical industry,which is related to the production safety,so the management personnel should strengthen the inspection and maintenance of crude oil storage tank,improve the anti-corrosion effect of the oil tank.This paper explores the corrosion mechanism and anti-corrosion measures of crude oil storage tanks,analyzes the positions and reasons of crude oil storage tanks prone to corrosion,and provides corresponding suggestions for the anti-corrosion work of oil tanks to maintain the safety of chemical transportation and production.
