二氧化碳在胶乳附聚与凝聚中的应用

摘要 二氧化碳是一种无色、无味、无毒的气体,与水结合形成碳酸,能够电离出氢离子,使胶乳pH值下降,进而压缩乳胶粒子表面双电荷厚度,促进乳胶粒子进行附聚;或破坏胶乳外层结构,实现胶乳凝聚。附聚、凝聚完成后,通过调整压力、pH等,可快速脱除二氧化碳,无残留。基于此原理,使用二氧化碳作为附聚剂和凝聚剂具有明显优势。文章概述了几种二氧化碳作为附聚剂、凝聚剂的方法,主要包括二氧化碳作为附聚剂制备大粒径胶乳、二氧化碳作为凝聚剂制备胶粒。 Carbon dioxide is a colorless, odorless, and non-toxic gas that combines with water to form carbonic acid, which can ionize hydrogen ions, lower the pH value of the latex, and then compress the double-charge thickness on the surface of the latex particles, and promote the agglomeration of the latex particles;or destroy the outer layer structure of the latex, andrealize the cohesion of the latex. After the agglomeration and coagulation are completed, carbon dioxide can be quickly removed by adjusting the pressure, pH, etc. without residue. Based on this principle, the use of carbon dioxide as an agglomerating agent and coagulant has obvious advantages. This article summarizes several methods of carbon dioxide as agglomerating agent and coagulant, mainly including carbon dioxide as agglomerating agent to prepare large particle size latex and carbon dioxide as coagulant to prepare latex particles.
