化工装置工艺气余热回收节能优化策略

摘要 社会经济的快速发展推动了各种工业的进程。其中,化工工业在新时代的影响下正在逐步快速向着更高的目标发展。化工工业作为国家重要的经济发展行业,其在历经了多年的发展时间后已经渐渐地形成较为完整的生产系。但化工工业在生产过程中仍存在着资源浪费、环境污染等的问题,影响着化学工艺的发展。文章针对四种化工工艺装置工艺介质余热节能环保优化进行分析讨论。 The rapid development of social economy has promoted the process of various industries.It includes the chemical industry,which is gradually developing towards a higher direction under the influence of the new era.As an important economic development industry in China,the chemical industry has gradually formed a relatively complete production system after years of development.However,there are still some problems in chemical industry,such as waste of resources and environmental pollution,which affect the development of chemical process.This paper analyzes and discusses the energy saving and environmental protection optimization of process gas waste heat in chemical process unit.
