新形式下,石油化工施工企业面临市场不稳定及市场规模不足等问题。项目执行要求越来越高,合同执行要求越来越严格;项目执行获得利润的能力下降,机会减少,项目执行成本高企;劳动力资源水平下降,获取劳动力资源难度越来越大,劳动力资源结构不合理,资源掌控难度加大。为获得足够的市场份额,获得足够的利润支撑企业的生存与发展,文章阐述了中国石油化工施工企业的现状,并提出了在新的形式和社会环境下的应对措施。

Under the new situation,petrochemical construction enterprises are facing the problems of unstable market and insufficient market scale.The requirement of project execution is higher and higher,and the requirement of contract execution is more and more strict.The ability of project execution to obtain profit is reduced,the opportunity is reduced,and the cost of project execution is high.With the decline of the level of labor resources,it is more and more difficult to obtain labor resources,the structure of labor resources is unreasonable,and it is more difficult to control resources.In order to obtain enough market share and profits to support the survival and development of enterprises,this paper expounds the current situation of China’s petrochemical construction enterprises,and puts forward the countermeasures in the new form and social environment.
