石油化工生产过程中,石油化工分析化验是重要一环。工厂的原辅料检验、出厂产品合格检验、中间产品过程分析、企业新产品研发等方面都离不开化工分析化验。因此,建设一座正规化、标准化的分析化验室对于石油化工分析化验尤为重要。文章提出,化验室建设除考虑仪器设备选型外,还要综合平面设计、给排水、气路、通风、暖通等多方面专业,保证分析功能与操作安全方面达到相应的标准,为化工分析检验创造条件。

In the process of petrochemical production,petrochemical analysis and test is an important part.The factory raw and auxiliary material inspection,factory product qualification inspection,intermediate product process analysis,enterprise new product research and development,etc.,all cannot be separated from chemical analysis and test.Therefore,it is very important to build a standardized analytical laboratory for petrochemical analysis and test.The paper proposes that in addition to the selection ofinstruments and equipment,the laboratory construction should also integrate the plane design,water supply and drainage,air circuit,ventilation,HVAC and other specialties to ensure that the analysis function and operation safety meet the corresponding standards,and create conditions for chemical analysis and inspection.
