油气田地面集输管网的优化设计

摘要 在建设过程中,需要对油气田地面集输管网进行优化设计,这是降低建设与生产成本的关键因素,能够进一步推动企业发展。作为整个油气田集输系统的重要组成部分,地面集输管网承载着能源运输的责任,包括收集、处理以及存储等,都需要经过地面集输管网。不过集输管网建设投资比例非常大,大约占地面工程费用60%~70%之间,因此必须在基于开发效率低的情况下,对地面集输管网展开优化,节约更多建设资金,同时提高生产运行效益。文章对油气田地面集输管网的优化设计进行分析。 As an important part of the whole oil and gas field gathering and transportation system,the ground gathering and transportation pipeline network carries the responsibility of energy transportation,including collection,processing and storage,all of which need to pass through the ground gathering and transportation pipeline network.However,the proportion ofinvestment in the construction of the network is very large,accounting for about 60%~70%of the cost of the ground project.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize the network based on the low development efficiency,save more construction funds,and improve the efficiency of production and operation.This paper will analyze the optimal design of oil and gas field surface gathering and transportation pipeline network.
