摘要 上位机SCADA系统是实现实时人机信息交互的组态监控平台,通过上位机用户可实现对自动化系统的实时管理运维。现有的运维系统依托智能网关已能实现PC、手机多层次运维,这种架构成本较高,面向平台单一。提出了基于计算机可视化界面的无任何附加硬件的创新性工业物联网可视化运维解决方案,相比现有系统,设计架构所需成本大大降低,适用性更强。分析了各种可视化系统的利弊,抓住传统制造向智能制造转型带来的产品不一、标准不统一所形成的产业格局和业务需要,构建了一种新的便携式可视化解决方案。 The upper computer SCADA system is a configuration monitoring platform to realize real-time human-computer information interaction.Through the upper computer users,the real-time management and operation of the automation system can be realized.The existing operation and maintenance system based on intelligent gateway has been able to achieve multi-level operation and maintenance of PC and mobile phone,which has high cost and single platform.This paper proposes an innovative visual operation and maintenance solution of industrial Internet of things based on computer visual interface without any additional hardware.Compared with the existing system,the cost of this design architecture is greatly reduced,and the applicability is stronger.This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various visualization systems,and constructs a new portable visualization solution to meet the industry pattern and business needs caused by the transformation from traditional manufacturing to intelligent manufacturing.
