摘要 总有机碳(TOC)的含量是硝酸铵危险性分类的重要参数,准确快速地测定硝酸铵中的TOC,对于硝酸铵的危险性分类具有非常重要的意义。经研究,硝酸铵样品经酸化除无机碳,采用总有机碳分析仪固体样品燃烧装置进样测试,通过TOC校准曲线,可以准确快速地得到硝酸铵中总有机碳含量。结果表明:该方法具有操作简便、干扰小、检出限低、精密度和准确度好、结果准确的特点,对于硝酸铵总有机碳的快速测定具有重要意义。 Total organic carbon(TOC)is a important parameter for hanzard classification of solid ammonium nitrate.The accuate determination of TOC in ammonium nitrate is important for hanzard classification of solid ammonium nitrate.Through the research,the inorganic carbon of solid ammonium nitrate sample is removed by acidification,and the total organic carbon analyzer solid sample combustion device is used for sample injection test.Through TOC calibration curve,the total organic carbon content in ammonium nitrate can be accurately and quickly obtained.The results show that the method has the advantages of simple operation,low interference,low detection limit,good precision and accuracy,and accurate results,which is of great significance for the rapid determination of total organic carbon in ammonium nitrate.
