地方铁路与城际轨道品质工程评价指标体系

Quality Engineering Evaluation Index System of Local Railway and Intercity Railway

随着"品质工程建设"行动在交通运输工程项目行业中得到开展,地方铁路与城际轨道工程建设标准越来越受到重视。首先对我国铁路轨道工程相关评价体系现状以及存在的问题进行了分析,其次探讨了评价指标的确定原则,进而从多个层面进行剖析,结合铁路轨道交通工程特点与行业标准,综合比较各项影响因素,共选取77项指标构建地方铁路与城际轨道品质工程评价体系。所建成的品质工程评价指标体系可为地方铁路与城际轨道建设与运营提供有力的支撑。

With the development of"quality engineering construction"in the transportation project industry,more and more attention has been paid to the construction standards of local railway and intercity railway projects.Firstly,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the evaluation system of railway track engineering in China.Secondly,the paper discusses the determination principles of evaluation indexes,and then analyzes them from nine aspects of engineering design,engineering management,scientific and technological innovation,operation safety,service quality,engineering quality,safety guarantee,green environmental protection and soft power.Combined with the characteristics of railway rail transit engineering and industry standards,the paper comprehensively compares various influencing factors,and selects 77 indexes to construct local railway and intercity rail transit quality engineering evaluation system.The established quality engineering evaluation index system can provide strong support for the construction and operation of local railway and intercity railway.
