提高公办高职院校基建项目管理效率的探索与研究

Exploration and Research on Improving the Management Efficiency of Capital Construction Projects in Public Higher Vocational Colleges

进入21世纪以来,国家及世界经济快速发展,高等教育的质量与办学规模也随着不断提高,为支撑高等教育持续发展,国家对高职院校基建项目的投入也在不断加大。近年来,我国不断深化改革并实施简政放权,为适应新时代政策,高职院校基建工作面临新的挑战。结合工作实际,阐述高职院校基建项目审批现状,分析基建项目管理困境,提出高职院校基建项目管理必须与时俱进,不断创新工作方法及思路,方能更好地提高我国公办高职院校基建项目管理效率。

Since the beginning of the 21st century,the country and the world economy have developed rapidly,and the quality of higher education and the scale of running schools have also been continuously improved.In order to support the sustainable development of higher education,the state has continuously increased its investment infrastructure projects in higher vocational colleges.In recent years,our country has continuously deepened reforms and implemented streamlining administration and delegating power.To adapt to the policies of the new era,the infrastructure work of higher vocational colleges is facing new challenges.Based on actual work,this article elaborates on the status quo of capital construction project approval of higher vocational colleges,analyzes the dilemma of capital construction project management,and proposes that the management of capital construction projects in higher vocational colleges must keep pace with the times and continuously innovate working methods and ideas in order to better improve our country’s efficiency of infrastructure project management in public higher vocational colleges.
