摘要
从施工准备、滑移顶推系统、滑移单元的高空拼装、滑移单元的试滑移、滑移单元的正试滑移、屋架的质量验收,介绍滑移法在屋架安装中的应用,对提高施工效率、降低施工成本、消除施工安全隐患、提高工程质量有着积极的作用。
The project has the characteristics of narrow site,pressing construction stage and cross construction.And the lifting equipment which is needed by the project has a large lifting range,and there are interlayers in the position to be installed.According to the actual situation of the project,we adopt incremental launching sliding method to install steel roof truss.This paper introduces the application of sliding method in roof truss installation from construction preparation,hydraulic pump source system,high-altitude assembly of sliding unit,trial sliding of sliding unit,positive trial sliding of sliding unit and roof truss quality acceptance.It plays an important role in improving construction efficiency,reducing construction cost,eliminating the concealed damage to security and improving construction quality.
