基于QC方法提高大跨度焊接球网架拼装一次合格率

摘要 在山东第一医科大学大学生活动服务中心工程过程中,为了攻克焊接球网架拼装质量合格率低的难题,项目成立QC小组,运用质量管理常用的统计方法和工具开展活动;对施工现场的焊接球网架的拼装进行现状调查及统计数据分析,找出主要原因并有针对性地制定对策和控制质量的措施,有效解决了焊接球网架拼装合格率低的难题。 In order to overcome the problem of low qualified rate of welded spherical grid structure assembly quality in the process of Shandong first medical university student activity service center project,a QC group was set up to carry out the activities by using the common statistical methods and tools of quality management;Based on the current situation investigation and statistical data analysis of the welding ball space truss assembly in the construction site,the main reasons are found out,and the corresponding countermeasures and quality control measures are formulated to effectively solve the problem of low qualified rate of welding ball space truss assembly.
