2017-2019年江西省食品安全企业标准备案情况的概况分析

Analysis of Jiangxi Province Food Safety Enterprise Standards in 2017 to 2019

目的通过分析2017—2019年江西省食品安全企业标准备案的资料,发现问题,为食品安全企业标准备案工作提供建议。方法收集2017—2019年江西省食品安全企业标准备案数据,对食品安全标准备案企业的基本情况、地区分布情况以及产品种类情况进行统计分析。结果江西省2017—2019年食品安全企业标准备案总数3404份,其中宜春市占比最多,占全省的31.49%(1072份)。全省备案中涉及27种食品类别,其中保健食品最多,共1148份,占33.73%,其次是饮料类(544份,15.98%)和谷物类(451份,13.25%)。结论结合工作实践,提出了进一步规范企业标准备案工作的建议:食品生产企业应强化自身的主体责任意识,加强食品安全企业标准的备案管理,相关政府部门应进一步加强标准的宣贯培训力度,加强专业知识储备。

Objective Through the data of enterprise food safety standard of Jiangxi province in 2017 to 2019,find the problems,and provide suggestions for filing of the enterprise food safety standards.Methods Organizing the data of enterprise food safety standard of Jiangxi province in 2017 to 2019,performed the statistical analysis on the basic situation,regional distribution and product types of the enterprise food safety standard.Results There were totally 3404 copies in Jiangxi province from 2017 to 2019.Yichun city owned the highest number,1072 copies,of enterprise food safety standards,sharing 31.49%of the total.The whole copies can be divided into 27 categories.And the top three food categories were health-care food(1148 copies,33.73%),beverages(544 copies,15.98%)and cereals(451 copies,13.25%).Conclusion Combined with work experience,we put forward some methods to optimized filing of the enterprise food safety standards:Food production enterprises should strengthen their sense of main responsibility and strengthen the filing management of food safety enterprise standards.Relevant government departments should further strengthen the promotion and implementation of standards and professional knowledge reserves.
