急诊集束化方案治疗急性心力衰竭的临床研究

Clinical Study of Emergency Cluster Regimens in the Treatment of Acute Heart Failure

目的探讨急性心力衰竭患者实施急诊集束化治疗应用价值。方法随机将本院接收的100例急性心力衰竭患者进行分组研究,对照组、研究组,每组患者各50例。对照组实施常规急诊救治方案,研究组给予集束化治疗方式,比较两组患者治疗效果及症状缓解时间、急诊诊疗时间与住院时间。结果(1)与对照组82%相比,研究组治疗总有效率96%更高,组间比较差异存在统计学意义,P<0.05;(2)研究组症状缓解时间、急诊诊疗时间与住院时间(4.13±1.19)d、(2.18±1.18)d、(12.35±0.21)d与对照组(6.85±2.24)d、(4.91±2.16)d、(16.45±1.46)d相比更短,差异存在统计学意义,P<0.05。结论对急性心力衰竭患者实施急诊集束化治疗可有效提升其整体治疗效果,促进机体康复,使其生存质量得以提升,临床应用价值显著。

Objective To explore the application value of emergency cluster therapy in patients with acute heart failure.Methods 100 patients with acute heart failure received in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 50 patients in each group.The control group was given routine emergency treatment scheme,and the study group was given cluster treatment.The treatment effect,symptom relief time,emergency diagnosis and treatment time and hospitalization time of the two groups were compared.Results(1)Compared with 82%of the control group,the total effective rate of the study group was 96%,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);(2)The symptom relief time,emergency diagnosis and treatment time and hospitalization time in the study group(4.13±1.19)d,(2.18±1.18)d,(12.35±0.21)d were shorter than those in the control group(6.85±2.24)d,(4.91±2.16)d and(16.45±1.46)d,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of emergency cluster therapy for patients with acute heart failure can effectively improve their overall treatment effect,promote body rehabilitation,improve their quality of life,and have significant clinical application value.
