观察比较X线诊断与超声诊断在新生儿肺炎中的准确性 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析新生儿肺炎疾病特点,评价X线、超声不同影像学检查的诊断价值,为新生儿肺炎诊断工作提供参考,以促进新生儿早期治疗、预后。方法选择我院2019年5月—2020年5月检查确诊的80例新生儿肺炎患儿,获得伦理委员会审核批准,患儿监护人知情同意,患儿基线资料完整。均进行X线诊断、超声诊断,分别作为观察1组、观察2组,与临床诊断结果比较,比较经不同方法诊断后观察1组与观察2组新生儿肺炎患儿的诊断准确率情况。结果与临床诊断结果比较,观察1组肺炎患儿的诊断准确率为87.50%(n=80),观察2组肺炎患儿的诊断准确率为98.75%(n=80),组间诊断准确率比较,观察2组诊断准确率高于观察1组(P<0.05)。结论临床工作中发现,新生儿阶段肺炎患病率较高,与小儿抵抗力差、身体功能尚处在发育阶段有关,需积极诊断、准确治疗,以保障新生儿的健康成长。关于新生儿肺炎疾病的诊断方式较多,其中,X线诊断与超声诊断均较为常用。结合诊断结果,对比X线诊断,超声用于新生儿肺炎诊断中特异度以及敏感度均较高,另外能够反复进行操作,进一步提高了疾病诊断的准确率,且新生儿安全性获得保障,为疾病后续临床治疗提供有价值的参考依据。 Objective To analyze the characteristics of neonatal pneumonia,evaluate the diagnostic value of X-ray and ultrasound imaging examinations,and provide references for the diagnosis of neonatal pneumonia,so as to promote the early treatment and prognosis of neonates.Methods We selected 80 neonatal pneumonia patients diagnosed in our hospital from May 2019 to May 2020,and obtained the review and approval of the ethics committee,the informed consent of the children's guardians,and the children's baseline data were complete. X-ray diagnosis and ultrasound diagnosis were performed, respectively, as observation 1 group and observation 2 group. Compared with the clinical diagnosis results, the diagnosis accuracy of observation 1 group and observation 2 group of neonatal pneumonia patients were compared after different methods of diagnosis feature. Results Compared with the clinical diagnosis results, the diagnosis accuracy rate of the observation group 1 children with pneumonia was 87.50% (n =80), and the diagnosis accuracy rate of the observation group 2 children with pneumonia was 98.75% (n =80). The comparison of the diagnostic accuracy rates between the groups was observed. The diagnostic accuracy rate of the 2 groups was significantly higher than that of the observation group 1 (P < 0.05). Conclusion It was found in clinical work that the high prevalence of pneumonia in the neonatal stage is related to the poor resistance of children and the physical function is still in the developmental stage. Active diagnosis and accurate treatment are required to ensure the healthy growth of newborns. There are many ways to diagnose neonatal pneumonia, among which X-ray diagnosis and ultrasound diagnosis are more commonly used. Combining the diagnosis results and comparing the X-ray diagnosis, ultrasound is used in the diagnosis of neonatal pneumonia with high specificity and sensitivity. In addition, it can be operated repeatedly, which further improves the accuracy of disease diagnosis and guarantees the safety of newborns. The follow-up clinical treatment of the disease provides a valuable reference basis.
