地佐辛在全麻诱导气管插管中的应用分析

Analysis of the Application of Dizocine in Induction of Tracheal Intubation Under General Anesthesia

目的对全麻诱导气管插管中应用地佐辛的效果进行分析。方法样本为来源于2019年5月—2020年5月在医院接受择期手术的74例全麻患者,并分为参照组(应用生理盐水)和试验组(应用地佐辛)各37例,对比两组的效果。结果就心率而言,试验组插管后5 min与参照组比较显著加快,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义;就试验组气管插管后5 min的SBP、DBP而言,与插管前比较,差异无统计学意义,P>0.05,试验组气管插管后5 min的SBP、DBP显著优于参照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。就术后1 h、2 h以及6 h的VAS评分而言,试验组均显著低于参照组,P<0.01。结论全麻诱导气管插管中应用地佐辛的效果确切。

Objective To analyze the effect of dezocine in tracheal intubation induced by general anesthesia.Methods a total of 74 patients with general anesthesia who underwent elective surgery in hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected and divided into the reference group(normal saline)and the experimental group(desocine),37 cases each,to compare the effects of the two groups.Results In terms of heart rate,the experimental group was significantly faster than the reference group 5 min after intubation,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;In terms of SBP and DBP of the experimental group 5 min after tracheal intubation,compared with that before intubation,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);SBP and DBP of the experimental group 5 min after tracheal intubation were significantly better than that of the reference group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.VAS score at 1 h,2 h and 6 h after surgery was significantly lower in the experimental group than that in the reference group(P<0.01).Conclusion Dezocine is effective in tracheal intubation induced by general anesthesia.
