护理风险授权管理对急诊ICU护理质量的影响

The Influence of Nursing Risk Authorization Management on the Nursing Quality of Emergency ICU

目的研究分析提高ICU临床护理质量,降低ICU护理风险的有效护理管理方案。方法选取2019年1—12月急诊ICU收治的重症患者146例,以先入院的73例患者归为对照组采用常规护理管理,后入院的73例患者归为观察组采用护理风险授权管理。统计分析两组患者不良事件发生情况、患者对护理服务的满意度等。结果观察组患者入住ICU期间不良事件总体发生率低于对照组,观察组患者或患者家属对护理服务的总体满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急诊ICU护理中科学应用护理风险授权管理,可以提高护理质量,可有效避免一些护理不良事件的出现,以利于提高患者对护理服务的满意度。

Objective To study and analyze the effective nursing management plan to improve the clinical nursing quality and reduce the nursing risk in ICU.Methods From January to December 2019,146 severe patients in our emergency ICU were selected.73 patients who were admitted first were classified as the control group and then as the observation group.The incidence of adverse events and patients'satisfaction with nursing service were analyzed.Results The overall incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the overall satisfaction of patients or their families with nursing services in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Scientific application of nursing risk authorization management in emergency ICU nursing can improve nursing quality,effectively avoid some nursing adverse events,and improve patients'satisfaction with nursing services.
