舒适护理在肛肠外科护理工作中的应用

Application of Comfortable Nursing in Anorectal Surgery

目的探索肛肠外科护理工作中进行舒适护理的效果。方法选取2018年3月—2020年3月期间收治的120例行肛肠外科手术治疗的患者,随机分成2组,各60例,常规组采用常规护理,观察组采用舒适护理,比较2组护理满意度、疼痛消失时间、创面愈合时间、护理质量评分、舒适度评分、疼痛度评分以及护理前后的SAS评分。结果观察组的护理总满意度95.00%;常规组患者的护理总满意率71.66%,观察组明显高于常规组,差异具有统计学意义P<0.05;观察组的护理质量评分、舒适度评分均高于常规组,疼痛度评分低于常规组差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05;观察组的疼痛消失时间和创面愈合时间也短于常规组,差异具有统计学意义P<0.05;护理后观察组的SAS评分低于常规组,差异具有统计学意义P<0.05。结论对采用肛肠外科手术治疗患者的护理工作中进行舒适护理,可显著提高患者的满意度、舒适度,减轻患者疼痛和负性情绪,促进创面愈合,有助于提升护理质量,值得临床借鉴。

Objective To explore the effect of comfort nursing in anorectal surgery.Methods a total of 120 anorectal surgery patients admitted from March 2018 to March 2020 were randomly divided into 2 groups,60 cases in each group.The routine group received routine nursing,and the observation group received comfort nursing.Nursing satisfaction,pain disappear time,wound healing time,nursing quality score,comfort score,pain score and SAS score before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction of observation group was 95.00%;The nursing satisfaction of the routine group was 71.66%,the observation group was significantly higher than the routine group,the difference was statistically significant P<0.05;the nursing quality score and comfort score of the observation group were higher than those of the routine group,and the pain score was lower than that of the routine group,the difference was statistically significant P<0.05;the pain disappeared time and wound healing time in the observation group were shorter than those in the routine group,the difference was statistically significant P<0.05;the SAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the routine group,the difference was statistically significant P<0.05.Conclusion Comfort nursing for patients with anorectal surgery can significantly improve patient satisfaction,comfort,relieve pain and negative emotions,promote wound healing,contribute to improve the quality of nursing,worthy of clinical reference.
